Intended use

The device is a water-protected thermometer. It is designed for precise and instanta-
neous temperature measurements in the following media:
– Food
– Liquids
– Gases
– Soft plastic materials
– Bulk material

Qualified personnel
For commissioning, operation and maintenance, the relevant personnel must have
adequate knowledge of the measuring process and the significance of the measure-
ments. The instructions in this document must be understood, observed and followed.
In order to avoid any risks arising from interpretation of the measurements in the
concrete application, the user must have additional expertise. The user is solely liable
for damages/danger resulting from misinterpretation due to inadequate expertise.
