The heat domes can be opened
pneumatically
using two gas springs.

OW TO OPEN THE HEAT DOMES
1.
Push the two heat domes together by manually pushing the large heat dome
towards the foot end.
2.
The heat domes now swing upwards due to the one-sided weight distribution
or with minimal effort using the gas springs.

OW TO CLOSE THE HEAT DOMES
1.
Gently push the two heat domes downwards.
2.
Now pull the heat domes apart until the weight is evenly distributed on the
upper construction. This will keep the heat domes down.
Always make sure that the heat domes can be closed
without obstruction
.

The opening and closing of the heat domes is done electrically with the help of
the corresponding button, which is integrated in the frame of the upper
construction; see fig. below.
