8.1 Extension of the lying surface with the additional headrest
The length of the total lying surface can be extended by approx. 20 cm with an
additional head cushion, see illustrations below.
This additional head cushion can be used for tall people, e.g., to allow them to lie
comfortably.
It is hooked into the integrated handles (
C
) on the head end of the lying surface
using the metal sheets attached to the head end, see illustration below.
To gain access to the integrated handles, you must slightly lift the upholstery.
The head cushion is supplied in the same colour as the upholstery of the
upper construction.
