18. Guarantee provisions
The Gharieni Group GmbH offers a 2-years guarantee on all newly-purchased Spa
Tables. Wearing parts (such as e.g. incandescent lamps, UV lamps, glass panels,
consumables etc.) are not covered by this guarantee. Damage or loss due to
unprofessional or improper use, non-compliance with the provisions of the
instructions for use and / or gross negligence is not covered by guarantee either. In
addition, the guarantee is invalidated if any stickers (such as e.g. the rating plate,
instruction notices etc.) are removed. The guarantee is also invalidated if appliances
associated with the Spa Table, parts of the Spa Table or of the associated appliances
are opened without explicit permission by the operating instructions (e.g. for
cleaning).
18.1 Guarantee exclusion
Upon delivery, it is necessary to check that the equipment has not been damaged
during transportation and that the set of accessories is complete and in good
condition. Claims must be filed within 8 days after the delivery of the Gharieni MLE.
Apart from the cases specified in the supply agreement,
the guarantee is void
when:

The malfunctioning is attributable to the operator.
➢
The instructions in this instruction manual are not followed.
➢
The Gharieni MLE has suffered changes after repair operations performed by a
third party unauthorized by Gharieni Group GmbH.
