Override function:
This enables the gas spring to be extended without having
to operate the lever. This means that the headrest and the armrests can be
raised from their lower positions without operating the gas spring lever.
The headrest cushion has a nose slit for back massages. The nose slit cover is
easy to remove (ill. 7).

A r m r e s t s
The individual armrests of the Gharieni Amphibia can be lowered manually by
means of gas springs, similar to the headrest. Simply press the lever on the
relevant side and exert slight pressure to adjust the armrests downwards. Pull
the armrest up by hand to raise it (

). This makes the bed
extremely suitable for back massages (ill. 8).

S e a t i n c l i n a t i o n
The seat inclination is also adjusted electrically. It supports the complete thigh
area to the knee joint (third row of buttons on the hand switch, chapter. 3.1
Hand switch).

L e g r e s t
The leg rest of the bed can be adjusted independently of the backrest and the
inclination using the hand switch; it supports the entire calf section from the
knee downwards (fourth row of buttons of the hand switch, chapter 3.7 Hand
switch).
The Amphibia offers many possible adjustments, making it suitable for many
different uses.
