TROUBLESHOOTING AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

With the tips listed here you can possibly fix occurring faulty behavior of your digital

piano on your own. Should your efforts still not be successful please contact your next

specialized dealership.

POSSIBLE CAUSE AND SOLUTION

The device can not be

switched on

• The mains plug is not

plugged in

• The mains adapter is not

correctly connected

• Check the mains adapter and

its connections.

If necessary reconnect it..

Clicking noise when

switching on/off

• This is normal and can

happen when the digital

piano is switched on and

off.

Static noise comes

from the speakers

during operating

• Interference with other

devices (e.g.mobile

phones).

• Increase the distance

between the digital piano and

the other devices or switch

the other devices off.

The sound is much

too quiet or cannot be

heard at all.

• The volume control is set

too low.

• Set the volume control louder.

Headphones are connected.

• Remove the headphones.

The pedals do not

function correctly

• The pedal cable is

not connected properly.

• Check if the pedal cable is

firmly connected to the

socket.

• If necessary reconnect it.
