Developing a LON application
In general, the development of a LON application starts with the defining of the
network variables (NVs), the device shall implement, and the LonMark objects
the NVs are grouped in. The EVK software helps the developer by generating an
ANSI-C framework, including the definitions for the NVs and handling updates
between the BlueChip and the SMT32F091CB microcontroller.
This chapter uses the provided source code of the demo application to explain
the development workflow. The demo application is handling the digital and an-
alog inputs and outputs together with the integrated temperature sensor of the
STM32F091CB.
