PUESTA EN MARCHA
Es recomendable hacer estas operaciones con la máqui-
na parada, y no hacerla funcionar en vacío (sin carne).
Introducir la carne en la tolva de alimentación mediante el empujador
suministrado con la máquina (Fig.1).
A continuación, poner en marcha la picadora de carne. (Fig.2).
Colocar un recipiente debajo la boca de salida para recoger la carne.
STARTING UP
These operations should be carried out with the machi-
ne halted, and not while running dry (i.e. without meat).
Insert the meat into the hopper using the tamper supplied with the
machine (Fig. 1).
Then start up the meat mincer (Fig.2).
Place a receptacle under the outlet to collect the meat.
