
4.3 Network
The Network section includes some basic but important network configurations that enable
the camera to be connected to a TCP/IP network.
4.3.1 LAN Configuration
According to your network environment, select between
Static IP
address
or
Dynamic IP
address
.

Dynamic IP address:
The network environment has a DHCP server which will
automatically assign a dynamic IP address to the camera. Click the
Test DHCP
to see the
currently assigned IP address or look up the address using GV-IP Device Utility.
Static IP address:
Assign a static IP or fixed IP to the camera. Type the camera’s IP
address, Subnet Mask, Router/Gateway, Primary DNS server and Secondary DNS server.
