ATTENTION
Restrictions at
repeated
processing
The minimal guaranteed number of processing cycles
is 30. In practice, the number of processing cycles is
higher, but depends on the regularity and quality of
processing by the clinic personnel.
INSTRUCTIONS
Place of use
Dental office and sterilization room.
Protection and
transportation
No special requirements. It is recommended to use
the product as soon as possible after the repeated
processing.
Decontamination
preparation
Disassemble the pump cassette and tubes, wash them
in streaming water
Automatic
cleaning/
disinfection
Not applied in this case.
Hand cleaning/
disinfection
Before disassembling the pump cassette and tubes,
wash the tubes inside with the distilled water within
30 second. For it: on the actual working place put one
end of the silicon tube into the bottle with the distilled
water, the second one - into any other container, then
press and hold RINSE button on the pump unit.
Drying
If the product is not planned to be sterilized
immediately, then it is recommended to dry the tubes
with a stream of compressed air, using a water-air
gun from the dental unit.
Inspection,
maintenance and
testing
Check the firm connection of the tubes with outlet
nozzles inside the pump cassette. If the leakage inside
the cassette or the disconnection of the tubes and
nozzles are seen, replace the pump cassette.
