Taking still pictures

2.8.1

To take a still picture:

Turn on the camera and make sure it is in Photo mode.

Use the LCD screen to frame the picture.

Press the

Shutter

button to capture the picture.

The picture will automatically be saved with a unique file name.

Note

: To adjust the brightness of the LCD screen while taking a still

picture, press the

Up/Down

arrow keys. A icon is displayed while

adjusting the brightness of the LCD screen.
