Using you deep fat fryer
Make sure that the power ON/OFF switch is set to off, ‘0’.

Plug the mains plug into the mains supply.

On the back of the control panel is a storage area for any excess cable. Coil the excess cable into

the storage area so that the risk of the cable being trapped or pulled during use is minimized.
Set the temperature control to the desired temperature.

Switch the power switch to on, ‘1’. The power indicator and ready indicator will come on (NOTE:

Always wait until the oil in the fryer is at the correct temperature (the ready indicator is off) before
adding the food.)
With the basket positioned on the hook, place the food to be fried carefully in the basket. Only

fill the basket to 2/3 capacity.
Lift the basket and gently lower into the oil.

WARNING!
Be careful of hot oil splashing.
When your food is cooked, carefully lift the basket out of the pan and place it on the hook to allow excess
oil to drain back into the pan.
When you have finished using your fryer, turn the temperature control to its lowest setting and set the
power switch to off, ‘0’.
Unplug the fryer from the mains.
When the fryer has cooled completely, put the dust cover on and store.
Safety Cut-out
If you accidently switch on your deep fat fryer without any oil or too little oil, the fryer will automatically
switch off to prevent damage to the immersion heater. Should this happen, switch off and unplug the fryer
from the mains.
Wait until the heating element cools down.

Remove the slack mains cable from the cable storage area on the back of the control panel.

To the left of the cable storage area is reset button. Push the reset button to reset the deep fat

fryer.
Your fryer is now ready to use again.

Changing the oil/fat
To ensure you get the best results from your deep fat fryer, change the oil/fat regularly. For disposal of the
