Match the camera protocol with the  camera protocol setting of 

your DVR or keyboard controller to control the camera.

 

Turn the camera OFF to adjust the DIP switch. If you camera protocol 

is changed while the power is still applied the change is only effective 

after rebooting the camera.   
The factory default protocol is “Pelco-D, 2400 bps”.
