STEP 9
Secure the piping to the wall as per your layout plan
using the supplied wall hangers. Screw the hangers into
the wall anchors to secure the piping to the wall.
STEP 10
Use the pipe connectors, T-fittings and blast gates at
each dust connection hook up point in your layout.
STEP 11
Using pipe connectors install the 2 45º elbows one at
each end of the piping.
STEP 13
To connect the dust collector to the piping, fit a hose clamp over each end of the flexible dust hose and install the dust
hose on the dust intake port of the unit and onto the 45º elbow at the left end of the piping.
STEP 14
Using 2-1/2” dust hose (not supplied) or 4” hose and reducers (both not supplied) connect your tools to the dust
collection system.
STEP 12
Using a pipe connector and a blast gate “cap” the far
right end of the piping system.
Note: you can hook up a tool to the blast gate at the end
of the system or simply leave the blast gate closed to act
as a cap. Leaving the far end of the piping open or
uncapped is not recommended as it will reduce vacuum
efficiency of the system.
