12 Setting and operation
12.1 Adjusting the end positions
ADA00010:
The setting range for the end positions is
±2° (88° to 92°).
Adjusting the end position 88°:
Move the actuator to the closed position.
Loosen the lock nut 1 .
Adjust the end position via screw 2 .
Tighten the lock nut 1 .
Adjusting the end position 92°:
Move the actuator to the open position.
Loosen the lock nut 3 .
Adjust the end position via screw 4 .
Tighten the lock nut 3 .
All other actuators:
The setting range for the end positions is
±5° (85° to 95°).
Adjusting the end position 85°:
Move the actuator to the closed position.
Loosen the lock nut 1 .
Adjust the end position via screw 2 .
Tighten the lock nut 1 .
Adjusting the end position 95°:
Move the actuator to the open position.
Loosen the lock nut 3 .
Adjust the end position via screw 4 .
Tighten the lock nut 3 .
By using a stroke limiter (optional), the end
positions can be set variably between 0° and
90° (not with ADA 00010 actuator).
Adjusting the end position 0°:
Move the actuator to the closed position.
Loosen the lock nut 1 .
Adjust the end position via screw 2 .
Tighten the lock nut 1 .
Adjusting the end position 90°:
Move the actuator to the open position.
Loosen the lock nut 3 .
Adjust the end position via screw 4 .
Tighten the lock nut 3 .
