1） 向机 壳侧 面的 油 箱注 油。
2） 从缝 纫机 正面 将 压臂 ①移 动到最 右侧 ，将 外 盖L②
滑 动到 内盖L③的中 间， 使 底板 的油 孔能看 见， 从该
油 孔向 底板侧 面的 油箱 注 油。
(注 意)当油面 下降到 油面 指示 窗 的1/3左右时， 请务
必 加注 机油。 如果 油面 下 降到 油面 指示窗 的1/ 3以下 ，
则 可能 会成为 机器 烧伤 等 故障 的原 因。
1) Fill the arm-side oil tank with oil.
2) Move the work clamp arm
as far as it will go to the right
when looking from the front of the sewing machine, and then
slide the outer cover L

into the inner cover L

so that the
lubrication hole in the bed is visible. Pour oil into the bed side
oil tank through this hole.
(NOTE) Be sure to fill the machine with oil when the oil level
is down to about one-third full in the oil sight glass If the oil
drops below the one-third level, there is the danger that the
machine may seize during operation.

※ 在 加油未完 成 前， 请勿插 上电 源。
如 果 误踩脚开 关 ，缝 纫机动 作会 导致 受伤。
※ 使 用润滑油 及 黄油 时，务 必戴 好保 护眼镜 和保 护手套等， 以 防润 滑油及 黄油 落入
眼 中 或沾在皮 肤 上， 这是引 起发 炎的 原因。
另 外 ，润滑油 及 黄油 不能饮 用， 否则 会引起 呕吐 和腹泻。
将 油 放在儿童 拿 不到 的地方 。

Do not connect the power cord until lubrication is complete.
If the foot switch is depressed by mistake, the sewing machine might start operating and injury
could result.
Be sure to wear protective goggles and gloves when handling the lubricating oil and grease,
so that they do not get into your eyes or onto your skin. If the oil and grease get into your eyes
or onto your skin, inflammation can result.
Furthermore, do not drink or eat the lubricating oil or grease. They may cause diarrhea or vomiting.
Keep the oil out of the reach of children.

3） 给大 旋梭 本体 组 件的2个 孔 ④ 注入 机油 ，使毛 毡上
含 有微 量的机 油。
(注 意)如果大 旋梭本 体组 件的 毛 毡上 没有 机油， 则可
能 会成 为缝纫 故障 的原 因 。
4） 如果 使用 冷却 液 槽⑤ 时， 请在槽 中注 入硅 油
( lO O mm /s )。

(NOTE) If there is no more oil on the felt of the shuttle race
base assembly, problems with sewing may result.
4) If using the liquid cooling tank
