12.3 Solenoid coil replacement
Solenoid coil replacement
G
Disconnect the plug 4 from power supply.
G
Remove the fi xing screw 5 .
G
Pull the plug 4 and gasket 6 o ff the
solenoid coil 400 .
G
Remove the oval headed screws 1501 .
G
Pull the solenoid coil 400 o ff the armature
*702 .
G
Check the O-ring *1502 on the armature
for hardening and replace if necessary.
G
Place a new solenoid coil on the
armature.
G
Tighten oval headed screws diagonally
(hand tight).
G
Push the plug and gasket onto the
solenoid coil and tighten with the fi xing
screw (60 Ncm).

Servicing work on the solenoid valve
should only be carried out after the
piping has been depressurized and
drained!
Armature replacement
G
Release the pressure from the solenoid
valve and from the piping and drain o ff .
G
Disconnect the solenoid coil from power
supply.
G
Remove the oval headed screws 1501 .
G
Pull the solenoid coil 400 o ff the armature
*702 .
G
Remove spacer 103 .
G
Take armature *702 with diaphragm *102
out of valve body.
G
Take armature *702 out of seal retainer 7 .
