Care tips
• Regularly clean your Geeksme wristband and follow the instructions provided
herein to do so. Remember to remove the tracker from the wristband before
cleaning it.
• Don't try to open your Geeksme device tracker.
• Don't put your Geeksme device in the washing machine, the dishwasher, the
dryer or the fridge.
• Don't expose your Geeksme device to extremely high or low temperatures.
• Don’t let your Geeksme device under direct sunlight for a long time (e.g. in the
beach or the swimming pool).
• Don't use abrasive cleaners when cleaning your Geeksme device.
Cautions
• Wearing Geeksme for a long time might cause skin irritation due to contact and
sweat. In case this happened we recommend you to loosen your wristband or
take it off for a while. If the irritation still persists you should visit your doctor and
ask him about the contact with the materials used by Geeksme.
• This product is not a medical device and must not be used as the only way to
monitor exercise. We recommend to talk to a doctor or personal trainer before
you start intensive work-outs or if you are not used to exercise.
• Don't check your Geeksme device while you are driving, carrying heavy loads or
during other potentially dangerous activities.
• Your Geeksme device is a lifestyle accessory, not a toy. It contains small pieces
that might be easily swallowed by infants, so we recommend you to pay
attention to this point in order to prevent choking hazard.
• Your Geeksme wristband is designed to be worn on your wrist (hence the
name); we strongly advice you against wearing it on (or in) any other body part,
as the gathered information could be unreliable. Besides, we can't asure you or
your device will not be damaged if it is used outside the parameters that
Geeksme has established.
• Don't wear your Geeksme device tight in order to prevent circulation issues.
