TROUBLSHOOTING
No coffee comes out
PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE
No steam comes out
Out of water from water tank, refill it.
Filter hole is blocked, use a clean needle/pin
to unblock the hole.
The ground coffee is too fine and press too tight
into the filter. Change another ground coffee.

Out of water from water tank, refill it.
Wrong operation, please follow the instruction
"FROTH MILK ALONE" section to operate machine again.
Steam nozzle is blocked. Use a cleaning needle/pin
to unblock the steam nozzle.
Doesn’t install porta-filter onto machine properly.
Please follow the instruction "MAKE ESPRESSO
ALONE" section to reinstall the porta-filter.
There's coffee powder mounted under the
brewing outlet. Clean it with wet cloth to
remove them from unit.
The filter is blocked. Thoroughly clean filter with
water and remove the blockages with cleaning
needle/pin if any.
Doesn’t place the water tank at the correct
direction. Please place the water tank to unit
closely.
The seal ring of water tank is broken or missing,
change a new water tank
Too much water in drip tray, pour water away.
Doesn’t install drip tray in the right place. Please
follow the instruction "THE FIRST TIME OR A LONG
TIME NOT USE THE MACHINE" section to install the
drip tray.

Replace water in the water tank

to clean the machine, coffee outlet and steam tube
and nozzle.
