Troubleshooting
Fridge/Freezer isn’t working.
•
Check if the fridge/freezer is turned ON.
•
Check the input power supply (try to use other power sources, i.e. replace other power outlets for online
detection).
•
Check the connection reliability between the power cord plug and the socket.
•
Check whether the fuse is blown or loosened
Low refrigeration performance.
•
Putting too much food in the fridge/freezer will affect air circulation.
•
Putting overheated food in the refrigerator.
•
The lid is kept open for a long time.
•
Fridge/Freezer cover seal strip is damaged.
•
Poor ventilation (please ensure that the vent is open; keep all sides of the fridge/freezer clear; other objects
should be at least 100mm away from it).
•
Ambient temperature too high.
•
Temperature is set too high.
Running water can be heard coming from the fridge/freezer.
•
This is a normal phenomenon. It is caused by the flow of the refrigerant in the pipeline.
Abnormal noise.
•
Fridge/Freezer has not been put on a flat, stable surface.
Food freezes.
•
Temperature setting is too low.
