Solution Problems
The programmable ther-
mostat cannot find the
Wi-Fi network.
Check the Wi-Fi network coverage in the installation area. •
The measured tempera-
ture is higher than the
real temperature.
Make sure the Signal Quality “ ”symbol is not flashing: A prolonged and
continuous search for the Wi-Fi network may overheat the programmable
thermostat’s Wi-Fi module . If you are not using the programmable thermo-
stat’s Wi-Fi connection, disable the Wi-Fi module by setting it to OFF in the
Settings Menu .

Problems/Solutions
When the Wi-Fi module
is turned on, the message
appears: Er1
Lack of electrical power. Make sure the programmable thermostat is con-
nected to the 230Vac - 50/60 Hz mains. •
The APP will display:
" Device off line "
Press the

icon and re-select the device.
Make sure the mobile device and the programmable thermostat are con-
nected to the Internet.
There may be a blackout in the building.

You don't receive the
push-notifications
Make sure that the app settings on the mobile device are turned on. If not,
try turning them off and then back on. •

tion."
When connecting to the
Roma Wi-Fi network .
Access the advanced settings of the mobile device and deselect Automatic
network selection . Once the configuration is complete, select Automatic
network selection again.
