Fault Cause Action
Red LED lights up.
Pressing tool is
overloaded.
▶ Release start button.
▶ Press and hold release button: roller
drive moves to its starting position.
▶ Repeat the pressing operation: press
the start button for at least 2 seconds.
Non-permissible
pressing systems are
being used.
▶ Release start button.
▶ Press and hold release button: roller
drive moves to its starting position.
▶ Only use permissible pressing
systems.
▶ Have the pressing tool inspected by
an authorised repair shop.
Mains voltage is too
low.
▶ Check the mains voltage.
▶ Fully unreel the cable drum of the
extension cable.
▶ Reduce extension.
Pressing tool is
defective.
▶ After a network failure, press and
hold release button: roller drive
moves to its starting position.
▶ Have the pressing tool inspected by
an authorised repair shop.
The pressing tool remains
unchanged and no LED
lights up.
Network failure.
▶ Release start button.
▶ Press and hold release button: roller
drive moves to its starting position.
▶ Check the pressfitting for tightness
and repeat the pressing operation if
necessary.
Red and green LEDs flash
alternately. Maintenance interval
has been reached. ▶ Have the pressing tool inspected by
an authorised repair shop.
