PLAYING SONGS
The SDP-4 features 60 in-built songs, please refer to
the song list appendix for full details.
To play a song, press the [SONG] button to enter
the song selection mode. The display will show the
current song number, and all songs will play in a
loop.
To select different songs, use the [+/YES]/[-/NO]
buttons. Alternatively, press and hold the [SHIFT]
button, then press the piano numbered piano keys
labelled SONG 0-9.
Please Note: Always use two digits when using the
SONG 0-9 piano keys. For example, press 0,8 to
select song 08.
Press the [START/STOP] button to control playback
of the selected song. The beat indicators will flash
at the currently selected tempo.
Press either the [VOICE] or [STYLE] buttons at any
time to exit the song mode.
LEARNING SONGS
All the in-built songs on the SDP-4 have lesson
modes, allowing you to practice/learn individual
parts of the songs.
To mute the left-hand part of the selected song,
press and hold the [SHIFT] button and then press
the L piano key in the MELODY OFF section.
To mute the right-hand part of the selected song,
press and hold the [SHIFT] button and then press
the R piano key in the MELODY OFF section.
To exit the lesson mode, press and hold the [SHIFT]
button and then press the OFF piano key in the
MELODY OFF section.
