Leistungsregelung durch Sauggas- 

 

absperrung (Zylinderabschaltung)

2.1  Aufbau

Sauggasabsperrung mit pilotgesteuertem Magnet-
ventil. Die Regelung erfolgt stufenweise: die 
Teillastrate hängt ab vom Verhältnis der Zahl der 
arbeitenden Zylinder zur Zahl der abgeschalteten 
Zylinder. Die Bock-Leistungsregelung lässt sich 
auch für den Betrieb mit NH3 (R 717) einsetzen.

2.2  Wirkungsprinzip

 

Volllast:  Magnetventil ist stromlos,

 

   

Ansaugkanäle geöffnet (Bild 1) .

 

Teillast:  Magnetventil ist erregt,  

 

   

Ansaugkanäle geschlossen (Bild 2).

2.1   Structure

Suction gas shut-off via pilot-controlled solenoid
valve. This controls by steps: the partial load 
rates depend on the ratio between the number of 
working cylinders to the nummber of shut-down 
cylinders. The Bock capacity regulation can also 
be used for operation with NH3 (R 717).

2.2  Mode of operation

 

- full load: 

solenoid is dead, suction  

 

 

inlets are open (fig. 1).

 

- partial load: solenoid is actuated, suction  

 

 

inlets are closed (fig. 2).

2.1  Construction

Arrêt du gaz d' aspiration par vanne solénoide à 

commande pilote. Cette régulation se fait par étapes 
: le taux de la charge partielle dépend du rapport du 
nombre des cylindres qui fonctionnent et de celui 
des cylindres hors circuit. La régulation de puissance  
Bock peut aussi être utilisée pour le service avec NH3 

(R717). 

2.2 

Fonction

- Pleine charge : la vanne solénoide est sans courant,  

   les orifices d'aspiration sont ouverts (fig. 1).

- Charge partielle : la vanne solénoide est excitée, les  

   orifices d' aspiration sont fermés (fig. 2).
