Defective ribbon cable.
Replace the ribbon cable.
Faulty RS-232 connector or Trend
Download board.
Check the signal voltages and the wiring on the
cable from the monitor to the connected device.
Replace the Trend Download board.
Alarm signals are not
being sent to the
“nurse call” system.
Alarms have been silenced.
Press the Alarm Silence button to cancel the alarm
silence.
Blown fuse on Trend Download
board.
Replace the relay switch fuse.
