4.4.3.1  Replacing ADTS 405F AC Fuses 

On the ADTS 405F two 20mm High Breaking Capacity fuses are located in the holders mounted on 
the pump rack front panel and protect the entire unit.

a.

Set the power switch to OFF.

b.

Isolate the power supply to the instrument and disconnect the power supply connector (1).

c.

Remove the fuse holders (2) from the front panel and replace the fuse cartridges (3).

d.

Refit the fuse holders (2) in the front panel.

e.

Connect the power supply connector and switch on the power supply. 

f.

Set the unit power switch to ON.

Note: 

If the fuse blows immediately after switch-on contact the manufacturer 

or Service Agent.

4.4.3.2  Replacing ADTS 405F DC Fuses 

On the ADTS 405F, two 1.25” Time Lag fuses are located in the holders mounted on the pump rack 
front panel and protect the entire unit. The T20AH 250V fuse (left) is connected in the positive (+) 
feed to the pressure controller rack. The T32A fuse (right) is connected in the common (0v) return 
from both the Controller rack and Pump rack.

Note: 

On the ADTS 405R, DC over-current protection fusing is internal and not 

user serviceable.
