6. When Vertical Louver does not operate.

*Confirm that the Vertical Louver is properly geared with the
shaft of Stepping Motor.
*If the regualr torque is detected when rotating the Vertical
Louver with hands Normal

* Check the connecting condition of CN-UP/Down Connector
* Check the soldering condition (on PWB) of CN-UP/Down
Connector

Check the operating circuit of the Vertical Louver

* Confirm that there is DC + 12V between pin 2 (RED) of CN-
UP/Down and GND.
* Confirm that there is a short at following terminals.
-Between 26, 27, 28, and 29 of MICOM
-Between 3, 4, 5, and 6 of IC7
-Between 11, 12, 13, and 14 of IC7
-Between 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of CN-UP/DOWN

If there are no problems after above checks

* Check the vertical louver blade assembly to ensure
there are no obstructions to interfer with motion of
louver blade.
