
Items Needed:
1.
Turn off the incoming water to the unit.
2.
Turn off the “Processing Unit” (located on water storage unit) switch on the water storage unit.
3. Remove the “RO Out” line from the water storage unit.
4. Turn on the incoming water to the unit.
5. Turn on the “Processing Unit” (located on water storage unit) switch on the water storage unit.

Check the filter out gauge. If gauge is reading similar to filter in gauge then the easy system is in a fill mode. If filter out gauge
is reading zero then run water out of the system through the drinking water tap line until filter out gauge pressure increases.
A production check can only occur when the water processing system is filling the storage tank.
7. Place the “RO Out” line into the 500 ml graduated cylinder for 15 seconds.
8. Note amount of water in graduated cylinder and use the calculation method below for gallons per day (GPD):
Multiply by 4;
then multiply by 60; then multiply by 24; and then divide by 3785 = ____ gallons per day.
9.
When your calibration is completed, turn off the incoming water to the unit.
10.
Turn off the “Processing Unit” (located on water storage unit) switch on the water storage unit.
11. Install the “RO Out” line into the water storage unit.
12. Turn on the incoming water to the unit.
13. Turn on the “Processing Unit” (located on water storage unit) switch on the water storage unit.
