Slide the swing arms onto the axle

tube & align axle to properly fit

into frames. At the same time slip

the frame assemblies together at

the bottom of the unit.

Place bolts, flat washers & spring

washers into each axle end, & bolts &

spring washers you removed in step b

into each bottom frame. Do not

completely tighten bolts (hand tighten).

Handlebar Assembly

h. To assemble the handlebars

you will need to remove the

bolts & washers from

handlebars. Slide left &

right bars into swing arms.

Line up holes & insert

washers & bolts. Tighten

with the wrench provided.

Stand the unit up as shown by lifting up on the axle tube

while holding one side of the frame. Be sure the swing

cables hang straight down allowing the cables & swing

arms to move freely.

Open your unit. (Make sure it is completely open.) Tighten

front & rear frame bolts at the bottom of the unit.

Finally, tighten the screws on the axle tube ends. For best

results, use both wrenches simultaneously to tighten

these bolts securely.

Before tightening the axle tube, make sure the screw in the

center of the axle tube faces the top of the unit.

This will help for proper alignment of electronics.

Note: If you notice any gaps after tightening, or extra space

in the top crossbar, use enclosed spare “C” washers. Do not

put “C” washers between center sleeve & swing arms.
