For a period of 12 months from date of receipt, Gazelle Home, LLC

warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials &

workmanship. This warranty applies only when purchase of the product

is from an authorized dealer & is for personal or household use, but not

when the sale or any resale is for commercial use. THIS WARRANTY IS

VALID ONLY FOR THE ORIGINAL OWNER & IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED

HEREIN, GAZELLE HOME, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS

defective part needs to be returned for repair or replacement. Any

required product returns are at the owner’s expense, unless otherwise

approved by us in advance. Gazelle Home, LLC will repair or replace, at

its own option, the product or any covered part, except that this warranty

does not cover defects or damage caused by: accident (including in

transit), repairs or attempted repairs by any person not authorized by

Gazelle Home, LLC; vandalism, misuse, abuse or alteration; or the use

of parts not manufactured or approved by Gazelle Home, LLC. This

warranty does not cover any separately sold items, parts, or accessories.
