1. The product is repaired free of charge within the warranty period if a malfunction occurs
through normal and proper use in accordance with the instruction manual.
2. When asking for repairs within the warranty period, please make sure to bring and present the
product and the warranty to the service provider.
3. If you received the product as a gift or moved overseas and cannot ask the service provider to
do the repair, please contact GAURA Co., Ltd.
4. Repairs for the following cases will be accepted with a repair charge even if it is within the
warranty period.
• This warranty guarantees free repairs during the warranty period under the conditions stated in
the policy.
• Please note that personal information entered in the warranty (as seen in the customer copy of
the warranty) may be used for service activities and subsequent safety inspection activities
within the warranty period.

Water Leakage
• Make sure the cap is tightly closed.
• The button, spring and rubber seals of the cap are consumable parts and not covered by
warranty (except for initial defects).
• Do not lay the bottle on its side or tilt the body of the bottle sideways while hydrogen water is
being generated. This may cause water leakage.
• If you wish to suspend the generation of hydrogen water in the middle of the process, wait at
least 5 seconds from the time hydrogen generation was started, and then press the power
switch again.
• It is not possible to charge the bottle while generating hydrogen water. Disconnect the USB
AC/DC adapter from the main body. (If water enters from the USB port, this causes
malfunctions. Therefore, make sure to close the lid of the USB port when using or cleaning the
bottle).
• If LED lights in the bottle turn red, this means there is not much battery left. Once the battery is
exhausted (zero charge left), you cannot use the product so charge the bottle before use.
• Immediately after the generation of hydrogen water, the air pressure inside the bottle increases,
so when you open the top of the cap, you may hear a "popping" sound.
• Calcium etc. (white solids) in drinking water may build up in the hydrogen generator. Run the
cleaning mode or use commercially available citric acid solution and leave to clean.
