Close the clamp on the drain hose
when the system is primed.
5.
Inject the fluid into the simulator and
keep injecting until there are no more
air bubbles in the drain hose.
Using the Subclavian Access
1. With the clamp closed, push 1 - 2 mls of fluid to
pressurize the vein.
2. Leave the clamp closed when inserting the
needle. Flashback will be observed.
