The RS232 serial port is available through a 10-pin header in a 2x5 configuration
with 0.1-inch pin spacing. The pin assignment supports a ribbon cable
connection to a standard 9-pin D-shell connector.

Digital I/O Header (J9)
The digital I/O is available through a 10-pin header in a 2x5 configuration with
0.1-inch pin spacing. Note that GPIO3 is shared with the status LED as
described in Section 2, Installation and Configuration.
