Stailess steel double boiler lunch counters description
This equipment is specifically designed to keep temperature of food constant and over 65°C. They are
characterised by a highly simplified construction in order to reduce the possibility of malfunctions to a
minimum and facilitate maintenance.
Their structure is fully constructed with AISI 430 stainless steel sheet metal, while bain-marie(AISI 304)
basins are double walled to keep the heat produced by the heating system. The internal basin has been
designed to hold G.N. trays for h 150 or other types of food containers.
Only the
BMV11
,
BMV21
and the
BMV31
models are provided with a tap for the water drain; the tap is
located on the off sides and it ends with a ½
"
sluice gate.
