2.4. Control panel
The machine controls are located on the side control panel.
GRANITA MACHINE 1 - (FIG.3)
The following controls are on the panel:
A. Main switch: it is used to:
- turn on the machine and the gearmotor that driver the product mixing
auger in the bowl.
- turn off all machine functions.
B. Refrigeration on/off switch: it is used to turn the refrigeration system on and
off.

The following controls are on the panel:
A. Main switch: it is used to:
- turn on the machine and the gearmotor that driver the product mixing
auger in the bowl.
- turn off all machine functions.
B. Refrigeration changeover switch:
- in position “0” the refrigeration system is off;
- in position “I” the refrigeration system is in the freeze mode (granita);
- in position “II” the refrigeration system is in the cooling mode (cold
drinks).
