FRUIT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
• Fruits of your choice (apples, bananas, pears, berries…)
• Some pieces of chocolate, almonds or nuts to garnish
Preparation:
1. Fill chocolate, almonds or nuts in the jar and process until grated coarsely. Take
out of the jar.
2. Remove all inedible parts of the fruits and cut the fruits into cubes of sufficient size
(approx. 1 cm in length). Add to the jar.
3. Process to the desired consistency.
4. Pour in glasses and top with chocolate, almonds or nuts grinds.
Tip:
Nuts get somewhat more aromatic, if roasted before consumption.
