8. After each usage, remove and clean the pasta makers (see: ‘Removing the Pasta
Maker’ and ‘Care and Cleaning’).
NOTE
You should dry or boil the prepared pasta as soon as possible. For this, adhere
to your recipe.
REMOVING THE PASTA MAKER
WARNING
– While the stand mixer is connected to the power supply, do not
hold your hands or any objects (e.g. cooking utensils, brushes) onto the moving parts
of the stand mixer or any assembled accessory (mixing drive, mixing tools, mincer cou-
pling, rollers in the pasta makers).
Always switch off and unplug the stand mixer
before touching moving parts and before removing the pasta makers.
Do not attempt to remove the pasta maker with violence. Always hold the release
button of the mincer coupling pressed, while removing the pasta maker.
1. Switch off and unplug the stand mixer.
2. Grasp the pasta maker with your right hand. While holding the release button of
the mincer coupling pressed with your left hand, turn the pasta maker clockwise.
Then pull the pasta maker out of the mincer coupling.
3. Place the cover onto the mincer coupling and turn the cover counter-clockwise
for locking it in place.
CARE AND CLEANING
WARNING
–
Always ensure that the stand mixer and pasta makers are
out of reach of children younger than 8 years!
CAUTION
– Always remove the pasta makers from the stand mixer, before
cleaning the pasta makers. Do not place or immerse the pasta makers in water or
any other liquids. Do not pour or drip any liquids onto the pasta makers. For clea-
ning, to avoid damage to the surfaces,
do not
use any hard or sharp-edged
objects, corrosive cleaners (e.g. disinfectants, chemicals), abrasive cleaners or
cleaning pads.
Do not place the pasta makers in an automatic dishwasher.
4. Remove the pasta makers from the stand mixer (see: ‘Removing the Pasta Maker’).
5. Residues of dough and flour within the interior of the pasta makers may be remo-
ved via a dry brush (the provided cleaning brush or a kitchen brush), a toothpick,
or wooden roulade skewer.
6. Wipe any residues of dough and flour from the exterior of the pasta maker via
a slightly damped cloth. Polish with a dry, soft cloth.

WARNING
–
Always ensure that the stand mixer and all accessories
are out of reach of children younger than 8 years!
WARNING
– To avoid damage, do not hold the stand mixer at the pasta
maker for moving the stand mixer. Do not leave a pasta maker attached to the
stand mixer, when the pasta maker is not in use.
Do not leave any residues of dough dry on the parts of the pasta makers. Always
remove the pasta makers from the stand mixer and clean the pasta makers after each
use (see: ‘Removing the Pasta Maker’ and ‘Care and Cleaning’).
IMPORTANT -
Ensure to store the pasta makers, where they are clean, dry and
where they are
out of reach of children younger than 8 years and animals
. Do
not place any hard or heavy foreign objects on the pasta makers. It is good advice
to wrap the pasta makers in a soft kitchen cloth for storage.
NOTES FOR DISPOSAL
Dispose of the stand mixer, accessories and packaging must be effected in accor-
dance with the corresponding local regulations and requirements for electrical appli-
ances and packaging. Please contact your local disposal company.
Use separate collection facilities. Contact your local government for information
regarding the collection systems available. When replacing old appliances or
accessories with new once, the retailer is legally obligated to take back your old
appliance or accessory for disposal at least for free of charge.
