3.2 Filling Operation for Baykan Star – Starplus – Moon Models

Turn the radiator inlet valves to on position, ensure that the air discharge valves are open.

Slowly open the filling valve (Fig. 8), turn the water pressure to 1,5-2 bars.

Turn off the air cocks on the radiators immediately as the water comes.
!
Check that the water pressure on display screen is between 1,5 and 2 bars.
!
Carry on until its evacuated.

ADJUSTMENT AND MAINTENANCE
1. ADJUSTMENTS
CAUTION: ALL PROCEDURES AND OPERATIONS DEFINED IN THIS SECTION OF THE
MANUAL MUST BE PERFORMED BY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS.
APPARATUS ADJUSTMENT
In order to enable the access to the adjustment apparatus, the front panel in front of the wall hung
boiler must be dismantled. In order to achieve this, two screws at the bottom of front section must
be taken out and for disassembling it from the wall hung boiler, it should be lifted up.
GAS ADJUSTMENTS
The wall hung boiler comes out of the factory as adjusted for the requested type of gas and after
being tested, however the correctness of gas type and burner pressures should be checked,
otherwise you will have to take actions as defined here.
CAUTION: Ensure that the pressure of the
wall hung boiler enables it to operate
efficiently. This operation should be

performed when the burner is on:

Turn the wall hung boiler on.
