IGNITING THE GAS OVEN WITH THE AUTOMATIC SAFETY DEVICE
- Open the door;
- Lightly press the thermostat knob and turn it anticlockwise onto 260°C (Fig.17)
- Press the ignition button (Fig.18)
- After ignition (check for this through the holes F in the bottom of the unit) the knob should be kept pressed for roughly
another 10 seconds (count up to twenty); this makes it possible for the thermocouple to heat up and therefore keep the safety
valve open.
- Then turn the thermostat knob onto the required temperature.
NOTICE:
The burner is fitted with a safety valve that shuts off the supply of gas if the
flame is accidentally extinguished.
CAUTION:
To make it easier to find the minimum position, the thermostat is fitted
with a stop on this position. To turn off the burner from the minimum position, just
press the knob and turn it onto “

USING THE GRILL
- The grill must only be used with the door WIDE OPEN.
- The grill heating element is switched on by pressing the button
- The green indicator light shows the grill is operating.
CAUTION: When the grill is operating, the accessible parts can become extremely hot.
To be able to appreciate grill cooking, you need to remember an important rule:
BEFORE STARTING COOKING, THE GRILL NEEDS TO BE RED HOT.
Using the grill, all meat, fish and even vegetables turn out successfully without any trouble; you can even grill small kebabs.
Red meat, cut into thin pieces and flat or sliced fish need to be grilled extremely quickly and as close as possible to the grill.
