Oven Interior

• Spillage of marinades, fruit juices, tomato sauces and basting liquids

containing acids may cause discoloration and should be wiped up
immediately. Let hot surfaces cool, then clean and rinse.

• Do not use oven cleaners abrasive cleaners, strong liquid cleansers,

steel wool, scouring pads, or cleaning powders on the interior of the
oven. Clean with a mild soap and water or vinegar and water solution.
Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth. When cleaning surfaces,
make sure that they are at room temperature.

Stainless Steel Surfaces (on some models)

• Using a soft cloth, clean with mild dish detergent and water or a 50/50

solution of vinegar and water. Rinse with clean water, dry with a soft
clean cloth.

• Do not use cleaners containing abrasives, chlorides, chlorine, or

ammonia.
