4. Let the filter element dry and reinstall it.

CARBURETOR AND IDLE SPEED ADJUSTMENT
The carburetor is a vital part of the engine and requires
very sophisticated adjustment. Most adjustments should
be left to the leader who has the professional knowl-
edge and experience to do so.
BRAKE
Check the brake cable for kinks or signs of wear that
could cause sticking or failure. Lubricate the brake
cable with a available cable lubricant to prevent pre-
mature wear or corrosion.
Make sure that the brake arm, spring , rod and fasteners
are in good condition.
Ask your leader to replace the pads when they are
almost in contact with the disc plate.
