Spring adjustment
- Remove the seat and the side covers.
- Loosen the bolt of the air filter conduit clamp.
- Remove the silencer.
- Remove the subchassis with the air filter housing.

Suspension spring
The standard spring is a 5.4. The length of the preloaded spring with
the shock in rest position is 258 mm.
(A). Nut

(C). Counter nut.
- Tighten the counter nut correctly.
- After adjusting, move the spring up and down to ensure that it is
correctly fitted.
- Refit all removed parts.
Rear shock absorber spring replacement
Stiffer or softer springs are available. If the standard spring is
unsuitable for your purpose, select a proper one according to the
rider's weight and course conditions.
- Using a hard spring: it springs back more quickly.
- Using a soft spring: it springs back more slowly.
