Care and Maintenance
These maintenance intervals are caculated for the average running time of a single
shift operation. If the machine is operated more than this,, shorter intervals are
recommended.

Before operating the machine, always check the air presure
on gauge

Gauge 1 must shou a pressure of
6 bar
.
●
If necessary adjust to this reading.
●
To do so, pull knob

upwards and turn it so that the gauge
shows a pressurer of
6 bar
.

Switch the machine off!
Disconnect the air hose at the
air-filter/lubricator.
Draining woter bowl
1:
●
Water bowl

drains itself automatically when the
compressed-air hose is disconnected from the
air-filter/lubricator.
Cleaning filter

Unscrew water bowl

Take out filter

●
Clean filter
2
with compressed air or isopropyl
alcohol.
●
Screw in filter

and screw on water bowl

Clean………………………...daily, more frequently if in continuous operation
Oil level (thread lubrication/hook lubrication)………………...daily, before use
Oil the hook………………………………………………………daily, before use
Lubricate the bevel gears………………………………………..……once a year
Check/adjust air pressure……………………………………….daily, before use
Clean air filter of air filter/lubricator……………………………..…when required
