Displays scheduled workouts when you
select a Garmin coach adaptive training

The plan adjusts to your current level

Displays golf scores and statistics for
your last round.
Heart rate
Displays your current heart rate in beats
per minute (bpm) and a graph of your

are too active for the watch to determine

Displays temperature data from the
internal temperature sensor.
Training
status
Displays your current training status and
training load, which shows you how your
training affects your fitness level and
