• Wear the D2 ™ Bravo
Titanium device above
your wrist bone.
NOTE: The device should
be snug but comfortable,
and it should not move
while running or
exercising.
• Do not damage the heart
rate sensor on the back of
the device.

for more information about
wrist-based heart rate.
Updating the Aviation
Database
Before you can update the
aviation database, you must
create a Garmin ® account and
add your device.
The aviation database is valid
for 28 days at a time and
includes only airport locations.
