Changing the Bands
The watch is compatible with 20 mm wide, standard, quick-release bands.
1 Slide the quick-release pin on the spring bar to remove the band.
2 Insert one side of the spring bar for the new band into the watch.
3 Slide the quick-release pin, and align the spring bar with the opposite side of the watch.
4 Repeat steps 1 through 3 to change the other band.

My phone will not connect to the watch
If your phone will not connect to the watch, you can try these tips.
• Turn off your phone and your watch, and turn them back on again.
• Enable Bluetooth technology on your phone.
• Update the Garmin Connect app to the latest version.
• Remove your watch from the Garmin Connect app and the Bluetooth settings on your phone to retry the
pairing process.
• If you bought a new phone, remove your watch from the Garmin Connect app on the phone you intend to stop
using.
• Bring your phone within 10 m (33 ft.) of the watch.
• On your phone, open the Garmin Connect app, select

, and select Garmin Devices > Add Device to
enter pairing mode.
• From the watch face, hold , and select > Phone > Pair Phone.
My headphones will not connect to the watch
If your headphones were previously connected to your phone using Bluetooth technology, they may connect to
your phone before connecting to your watch. You can try these tips.
• Turn off Bluetooth technology on your phone.
Refer to the owner's manual for your phone for more information.
• Stay 10 m (33 ft.) away from your phone while connecting headphones to your watch.
