To install a control unit:
1.
Use the dimensions from the template above to install studs and create cut-outs on the cabinet.
2.
The plastic knob is pressure fitted to the switch. Remove knob and fasten (fasteners not provided) the
unit to the back of the panel.
3.
Mount the switch to the panel using two M4 screws (see illustration above). This prevents the
switch from rotating.
4.
Apply overlay (provided) to the front of the panel and install knob.
Overall dimensions of the overlay: approx. 13.31”x 2.83” (338 x 72mm).

Built-In Griddle Plate Installation
There are two methods to install the built-in griddle unit—Drop-In or flush-mount. The counter surface cut-out
dimensions are different for these two methods.
