SECTION 10  WARRANTY AND WARRANTY CLAIM INFORMATION

WARRANTY STATEMENT

COMPRESSED AIR TREATMENT PRODUCTS

Each Gardner Denver Compressed Air Treatment product is warranted to be free from defects in 

Materials

 and

Workmanship

 under proper use, installation, application, and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturers

written recommendations and specifications for a specific time period outlined below. The manufacturers warranty
is limited to, and the sole remedy for any such defect shall be, the repair or replacement (at manufacturers option)
of unaltered products returned to the manufacturer and proven to have such defect, provided the defect is reported
within the time guidelines listed below. Any replacement parts or dryers will extend to the remaining period of the
original warranty and not beyond.

  Note: All dryers outside the United States, Canada, and Mexico will carry a

Parts Only  Warranty.

Refrigerated air dryers

date of installation.  Proof of installation must be received from claimant to verify installation date.

Note:

 In addition to the above stated warranty, both air to air and air to refrigerant heat exchangers 

in

Gardner Denver dryers are warranted on a prorated basis from time of shipment for a period of  five  (5) years.  It is
the manufacturers option to repair or replace the heat exchanger. This 

extended warranty is limited to parts only

and will be prorated in the following manner:

 year 1 - 100% of current cost, year 2 - 100%, year 3 - 75%, year 4 - 50%, year 5 - 25%.

This is the only authorized Gardner Denver Compressed Air Treatments  warranty and is in lieu of all other
expressed or implied warranties or representation including any implied warranties or other obligations on the part
of the manufacturers.

This warranty does not apply to units damaged by freight handlers, accident, modification, poor maintenance,
misuse, or misapplication. 

Heat exchangers found to be damaged by exposure to acidic or otherwise

corrosive environments will not be covered under normal or prorated warranty.

Warranty claims must be submitted and shall be processed in accordance with Gardner Denver’s established
warranty claim procedure for Compressed Air Treatment products.  Gardner Denver will not be held liable for
business interruptions, loss of profits, personal injury, costs of delay or any other special indirect, incidental, or
consequential losses, costs, or damages.

MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENTS

 -  Adjustments to hot gas bypass valves, float drains,

condenser cleaning, and other routine maintenance required to keep a dryer in good operating order
is not considered  a  warranty item, this is the responsibility of the owner of the equipment, and
labor or material for such will not be reimbursed under warranty.  Consult  the installation and
operation manual for adjustment and maintenance requirements.
