6.  TROUBLESHOOTING 

  

 

 DANGER!   Risk of injury! 

 

 Cut injury when the rotor blades turn or the product 
starts accidentally.

  Remove the battery and wait for the rotor blades to stop 

before you troubleshoot the product.

Blower / vacuum does not start

Battery is not put completely into 
the battery holder.

Put the battery completely into 
the battery holder until it audibly 
engages.

On LED is off.

Push the On/Off button.

Blower / vacuum  vibrates 
 abnormally

Mechanical failure.

Contact the GARDENA 
Service.

Over current, engine is blocked.

Remove the battery and remove 
the obstacle.

Blower tube, vacuum tube,

not assembled correctly.

If there is no blockage and the 
parts are correctly assembled, 
contact the GARDENA Service.
