Before maintenance, unplug the Rain Water Tank
Pump from the mains.
In order to ensure continuous trouble-free operation, the filter

should be cleaned at regular intervals.
After pumping dirty water, the filter must be cleaned immediately.
1. Press the two locks

and remove the foot

from the pump.
2. Turn filter

1/4 to the left and remove (bayonet lock).
3. Clean filter
w
under running water.
4. Re-install filter
w
in the opposite sequence.

Before correcting functional problems unplug the
Rain Water Tank Pump from the mains.

but doesn’t deliver
Air cannot escape, because the
pressure line is closed. (Possible
kink in the pressure hose.)

Open the pressure line
(e. g. shut-off valve,
delivery units).
Air in suction foot.

Wait for about max.
60 seconds until the pump
has vented; if necessary,
turn off and then on again.
Foot / Suction foot / Filter is
clogged.

Unplug at the mains and clean

Water level below minimum
water level when put into
operation.

Submerge the pump deeper.
Pump does not start,
or stops suddenly during
operation
Thermal switch has turned
the pump off because of
